Flag Rush - a new sport

Flag Rush is a new sport invented by Katie, John, Nicole, Ryan of the USA in February 2022. The sport is a combination of dodgeball and capture the flag.

Equipment Required: dodge balls and a flag

Sport Summary

playing dodgeball but also being able to win by going to the opponent's side and capturing their flag and bringing it back to your side.

Sport Description

The objective is to either capture the flag or to get everyone on the opposing team out.

Each team has a 'jail' on their side.  This is where the flag is, and where players on the opposing team will go when they get out.

If a player is on their own side, they can be hit with a ball.  If they cross over to the other team's side, they can be tagged.  No one can bring a ball to the other team's side.

Players are out  and must go to jail if they get hit with a ball, get tagged while trying to capture the flag, if they cross the midline with a ball in their hands, or if someone catches their throw.

Players who are still in the game can save everyone in jail by tagging someone in jail.
