Australia was one of the last teams to qualify for the 2018 World Cup, but in the end it doesn't matter how you got there, just that you made it. Australia was drawn in Group C with France, Peru and Denmark. They played three matches, resulting in one draw and two losses. Both of Australia's goals were from the penalty spot by Mile Jedinak.
