Basic Rules for Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate is a fast-paced, high-energy team sport played with a flying disc, also known as a Frisbee. It is played between two teams of seven players each, and the objective is to pass the disc down the field and score points by catching it in the opposing team's end zone.

Below are a basic summary of the rules of Ultimate. Ultimate is unique in that it places a strong emphasis on the "spirit of the game." This means that players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, fair play, and respect for their opponents, and on most occassions, players are responsible for making their own calls and resolving disputes.
