- The first-ever day-night test match was played in Adelaide from Nov 27 to Dec 1 2015, between Australia and New Zealand, using a pink ball.
- Australian cricketer Sir Don Bradman is often considered one of the greatest batsmen in cricket history. His career Test batting average was 99.94, often cited as one of the most remarkable records in sports.
