The 2015 Copa América was held in Chile. It was the 44th edition of the tournament.
The tournament saw the participation of the ten CONMEBOL nations—Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela—along with invited teams Mexico and Jamaica.
In the final, Chile emerged victorious by defeating Argentina 4-1 on penalties after a 0-0 draw, winning their first-ever Copa América title.
