1945 Copa América in Chile
The 1945 Copa América was held in Chile. It was the 18th edition of the tournament.
The tournament was won by Argentina, the first of three consecutive titles, 1945, 1946 and 1947.
Trivia
- At the time the tournament was named the South American Championship. It was not called the Copa América until after 1967.
