The 1941 Copa América was held in Chile. It was the 16th edition of the tournament.
The tournament saw the participation of five CONMEBOL nations—Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay.
The event was conducted in a round-robin format where each team played against the others once, and Argentina emerged as the winner by finishing at the top of the standings, claiming their fifth Copa América title.
Trivia
- At the time the tournament was named the South American Championship. It was not called the Copa América until after 1967.
