The 1921 Copa América was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was the 5th edition of the tournament. The tournament featured the following four teams:
- Argentina
- Brazil
- Paraguay
- Uruguay
Argentina finished on top after the round-robin format, winning the championship.
Trivia
- At the time the tournament was named the South American Championship. It was not called the Copa América until after 1967.
- The 1921 tournament was the first time that Paraguay participated (The first four tournaments included Chile instead).
