The 1920 Copa América was held in Chile. It was the 4th edition of the tournament. The tournament featured the following four teams:
- Uruguay
- Argentina
- Brazil
- Chile
Uruguay finished on top after the round-robin format, winning the championship.
Trivia
- At the time the tournament was named the South American Championship. It was not called the Copa América until after 1967.
