Assessment Tests

This test is being adopted by numerous individual agencies around the state of Oregon. The test is set up inside a standard gym.

In this course you must complete 6 laps of the gym going over every obstacle on every lap. When you get to the stairs you go up one side then down the other, turn around and go up and down again so you end up retracing the course. When you have completed the six laps you have to engage the push/pull machine (which is to complex to try to describe) 6 times pushing and 6 times pulling. Once you have completed that you must drag a 100 lbs dummy 50 feet. The course is timed but the dummy drag is not. There are a couple of minor details left out but they are kind of difficult to explain.
