The UEFA Nations League is an international association football competition between 55 European nations competing in four leagues, each league based on their UEFA ranking. Each league will be split again into four groups of either three or four teams.
The winners of each of the four groups in the top-ranked league will qualify for a Final Four competition, the winner crowned the Nations League champion.
The most recent event in 2023 was won by Spain, defeating Croatia 5–4 on penalties following a 0–0 draw after extra time. The next event finals will be held in June 2025.
