Scotland first played at the T20 World Cup in 2007, then again at the next tournament in 2009. After a break, they played in 2016 and have played at all tournaments since then.
In 2021, they progressed to the super 12s for the first time.
Scotland will host the event in 2030 (co-hosting with England and Ireland).
